All Girl With A Twirl items are handmade and custom made to the size you select to purchase! Made to order items do not ship right away, however, I may begin working on your order or have to purchase supplies for your order, so time and money may be invested, therefore your order cannot be refunded. Please be sure you are allowing enough time for production and shipping, before ordering. All items are handmade in the USA by either myself (Kelly) or one of my contracted in home seamstresses. If there are any questions regarding sizing, please contact me prior to purchasing to be sure you receive the right size. Custom made/made to order items can not be returned.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your item, and I will be happy to try to work something out.
In the event of a return, shipping cannot be refunded. Items must be returned in undamaged, original condition or they cannot be accepted.
All *Ready To Ship* listings ship within 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified.
*We ship via USPS First Class mail, which should arrive in 5-8 business days. This excludes holidays and weekends. You have the option to upgrade shipping to Priority Mail (2-3 days). A tracking number is provided upon shipping. Please have patience with the USPS tracking system, as it occasionally has a delay in updating tracking info.
*International shipping: We ship USPS First Class International. Please allow a generous amount of time for your item to arrive, taking into account the 4 week turnaround time, and the shipping time. Before purchasing, please be aware of your own country's customs laws. We are aware that some countries may hold items in customs and charge customs fees, and we can not be held responsible for these laws. Often times, once a parcel has left the U.S.A, there is little or no updates to the tracking information. Please be aware of this and be patient with the system. I cannot obtain any information on tracking other than that which shows up when you click your tracking number on your receipt.
*We can not be held responsible for items once they have left our care and enter into the postal system. We will do everything we can to help track down a package, if needed.
